Improving graphics on dayz Mod with BAF and PMC

Hi there,

On steam recently there was a sale on Arma 2. It stated 'For the best experience (including high detail textures for all models used in the DayZ Mod) purchase Arma II: Complete Collection'. Now I know how to download and install dayz mod using dayz comander, Arma 2 and operation arrowhead. Do I just have to download the army of Czech republic, private military company and british armed forces dlc to get automatically implemented  better graphics on dayz mod. Or is there anything else i have to do. like move files or something or change settings on actual arma 2 to get in the dayz mod etc. Your help is much appreciated.

Install and run the DLC's, thats it mate :)
