Then he would be no different then a fresh spawn. Shooting him would have acomplished the same thing with less headachs. 

Gunshots also attract unwanted attention from zombies and players alike.

Your way definately works but to me its more justifiable to do something with someone rather than just smoke em.

what was the pont of yours? that you survived a kos?

people shoot eachother all the time including players who have just spawned in,  with no axe, on the coast
