I was actually having a conversation with him about this topic. If I were intolerant I would completely avoid conversation. Live and let live. Something the hypocrisy of liberalism cant get right. They want there cake and eat it too. Dish and get dished you dig? Intolerance is a word thrown around by liberal media. A cliche defense. You mistake intolerance with having a different point of view.

I think you misinterpret the meaning of "intolerance". Taking a different view point clearly means you don't agree, but doesn't have to mean that you can't respect that they have a different opinion. Trying to snipe at people by using the word "liberal" as a derogatory term is intolerant of that political view as you are trying to give it negative connotations.

 

Also, in the rest of the world, intolerance is not just some term thrown about by the more liberal American media outlets. If you grounded yourself a bit and maybe came to the other side of the Atlantic you'd see that intolerance is something recognised as undesirable by all political mainstream parties and media outlets (apart from the Daily Mail). This is the internet, a global forum, not just an American backwater so please, don't be so introverted and be a little more respectful of other people and their views - and their right to play whatever video game they want, whether or not it involves killing people.

It's simple.

 

Men are attracted to violence. It is in our nature subconsciously. We are conquerors... Human Males are the Apex Predator of Earth. Women enjoy drama and romance, a good story, love for more than we do.

 

A lot of women play wow.... Because you can collect cute things and play dress up and flirt with nerds to have them give you things. They get attention. In DayZ the attention they get is KOS by 12 yr olds for "fun"

I thought this as well, then my parents kicked me out of the basement and I got to live in reality-land. Which isn't anything like the ridiculous stereotypes and ignorant generalizations you've made with this post.

I forgot i think it was on a dev post sometime back. Its a low priority deal but they do want something for ppl to look forward to working with. And i think it was subtle things that would build up the longer you play the game.

Hypocrisy is one helluva drug. At least I don't spend my life walking on eggshells around everyone because i may or may not offend someone. Get over it and yourself lol. I do respect that he has a different viewpoint. Because i voice my opinion does not mean I don't respect it. Get of your liberal high horse. I wonder how carebear/heavy softcore servers would fare in this game? Also marketing needs to step it up a notch especially with the DayZ clone SOE announced. Attracting a larger crowd will bring more male and female players. It's rather difficult to pinpoint exactly why female players don't really play these types of games but my bet is on the perma death/hardcore aspect.

There is only one person here being ridiculous and it's you. Trying to offend me, that's a great tactic to win an argument. Seriously, you need to get out of the stone age and tone down you're arrogance and intolerance. My point in getting involved in this argument was to try and politely tell you that this is a forum about DayZ, not somewhere to try and pass off your own political agenda and slag off "liberals" (which equates to anything left of anarcho-capitalist when you're not in 'Murica). Clearly you can't comprehend what I'm trying to achieve. Please, don't use political terms again when it comes to discussing very non-political, DayZ issues.

Oh and by the way, what I'm saying isn't hypocritical at all. If you're trying to say that I'm intolerant because I'm not tolerating your intolerance then this really doesn't stand or make any sense whatsoever.

 

If I was to tolerate your intolerance then this would be the same as me being intolerant. That would be me condoning you're initial intolerance in reference to liberals, meaning that I am thus also being intolerant of liberals. Therefore, myself being a tolerant person obliges me without falling into hypocrisy to neither tolerate or accept your intolerant behaviour. It's basic logic mate. But it looks like you're just basic.
