2225 ammo

hello

i killed a guy which had in his ammo box 2225 rounds of pristine m4 ammo and i was wondering if this ammo duplicating thing is a cheat or a glitch. i don't want to get banned or something for taking the dudes rounds.

No matter how it came to having a magazine with that many rounds - it's not a good thing. I suggest dropping it, as there's no way one can acquire that legimiately.

Yea, that seems like some sort of hack or something, but you can actually fit 600 rounds in that box due to a glitch(?) in the game when you empty double mags. Just fill up a double mag, empty it, then put the groups of 60 bullets in all of the slots. I don't think thats really cheating so much as it seems like they haven't implemented double mags correctly yet, when you get done firing the first 30 your guy should have to switch clipped mags around to continue firing. Then again, it works the same way with the 40 bullet mags as well so who knows.

The other day my friend killed some guys loaded with SKS ammo and ended up with around 475 rounds for the SKS. 2225 rounds of anything takes it to a whole new level though. Wow.

Why would you need help? It's obvious what you need to do...and that's drop it somewhere.

It's a hacked amount item, meaning it has unlimited uses. Drop it.

This little hack is getting out of hand to be honest, I've dumped 2 of these magazines into the ocean already this week and I was shot at and eventually killed by a group of people who obviously didn't need to reload (since they must have fired off at least 300 rounds between them, while failing at hitting me with full auto M4 spray).

 

Hopefully it can be resolved soon.
