as i said will the bow or crossbow be a primary weapon so you can hold one with and m4? will the fit in backpack? and will there be quivers so we wont fill our backpack up with arrows or bolts

As for whether it'll be a Prim. Weapon or not I have no clue. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

One thing that would be interesting is being able to sling the bow over you shoulder. (I don't really know how else to say that so I'll just leave it like that)
So that it could be used as a secondary?

The quiver will almost assuredly go in a backpack (unless you can get something that has a lot of vertical slots). The bow/crossbow will be a primary weapon.

I'm no bowhunter but it looks kind of like an Excalibur Axiom SMF.

Weight:6.4 lbs

Length: 37-1/8 inches

Width: 35-7/16 inches

So it is 4 inches longer than an M4 Carbine with stock extended (it is also WIDER than an M4 Carbine is long!) and it is heavier as well.

yea if the walking dead was real Daryl would have died a long time ago.

 

In a land with no law and order one type of individual excels at surviving.

 

I would take a regular remington 700 in .223 any day of the week with a fixed 10x scope and a simple harris bipod.

 

With that weapon you could easily take out other survivors and steal their food and hard work.

 

A crossbow will get you killed.
