Amphibia S, solely because the person you are shooting at will never hear where the shots are coming from, even at very close range.

True, but I enjoy messing with people just as much as I enjoy killing people.

 

Although it really should do more damage than it currently does, a .22 is a small round, but a 5.56 round is just a hair bigger.

I'm waiting for some AK (no matter if AK74 or AKM/47) then I will have my favorite weapons.

As a side arm, I'd go with CZ75 since I'm feeling patriotic right now :-).

Right now I have a Mosin with PU scope, bipod, compensator (and LRS in my chest rig, for those long range encounters), a Magnum as a PVP breach/CQ weapon and an FNX with suppressor, dot sight and two mags (both found today, lucky me  :)) for anti-zombie or if I run out of bullets for my Magnum and need a quick reload. I always use my firefighter axe against zombies, though. When the AKM comes around I'll consider a switch, unless it's as ridiculously dependent on attachments as the M4 (I like the stock AKM the most, same goes for the M4).

Ok its definitely either the Defib.. shocking unsuspecting bandit snipers into a heart attack that they will die nor recover from for quite a while is just PRICELESS.

As far as I can tell the DayZ UI font is Amor Serif. Which was designed in the Czech Republic by a chap called Frantisek Storm, who appears to have a double life as a metal vocalist:

So far I've tried all of the firearms. The boring but sensible loadout would consist of an M4 with lots of ammo and a fireman's axe, no other weapons. Alternatively a double rifle with an FX45 and a pile of ammo. The rest are basically novelties. Against zombies wait for them to approach and then axe them as they run past; against people fire a load of 5.56 in their faces. Sniping is just as problematic as in the mod; once you've shot the target it's too risky to check the body, and the noise will have alerted everyone in the area.

So far haven't had to use one so I don't know.. Don't plan on having a favorite weapon against humans! Now for zombies it's the casual Fire Axe.
