I was Banned on Arma3 now im banned on dayz as well?

Recommended Posts

So i was banned on arma3 today,i belive the reason why is because i had cheat engine opened in the background. It took me a while to figure out what was making me crash so much in-game well thats that. While i'm waiting for Battleye employ to reply to my email, i figured i'll buy Dayz to play with my friends until this mess gets sorted out. Finally after 2 hours of wait to installing on steam.i try to join a game and BOOM "you were kicked off the game.(BattlEye: Global Ban #2c9d2f)" whats this mean i will never get the chance to play my newly bought Dayz game with my friends for the fist time?... forever? something needs to be done please help it's just a big misunderstanding.

Only Battleye can help you mate.
You are gonna have to wait for them to reply and hope for the best tbh.

Unless you want to create a new steam account and buy DayZ again really.

Yes, bans are shared between ArmA 3 and DayZ. No one on these forums can help you with BattlEye global ban issues. To be clear though BattlEye does not ban for having cheat engine open in the background, that's nonsense.
