Dont know if anyone is able to help me i used to have a dayz beta server a while back and i had to apply for an id on the site, i'm looking to make a standalone server and cont fine the reinvent server files or site to apply. any help?

Theres no private sservers in the standalone yet, you have to rent one from one of the GSP's mate :)

Access to server files and server modifications will not be available until the game is released. See above for a list of GSP's. you can rent from.

how are other people able to do this then, there are MANY servers on the list -.- oh well might go make and Arma III server in staid. im no novice to servers as i run 6MC, 2 7days to die, Arma II, Dayz Beta and a few locals. if people have ANY info plz tell me. but thats for clearing this up for me guys, shame relay as i see no point in running a public hive server., they are ALL the same -.- haw can you have a preference lol

FYI guys i do all my own hosting as i own a fair few servers so i don't use hosters

There are quite a few people out there that would theoretically have the server and processing power to host their own servers, especially bigger communities.

 

But having access to the database-connection and serverside-files (which would be required in order to be able to host the servers) would just lead to that being abused in the long run.
