I'm starting to forget what this game looks like in full colour (full blood) :(

eat until "lime green" energized is indicated

drink until "lime green" hydrated is indicated

a little while later, make sure to keep these stats up (stuff your character but don't make him puke) - you should see a "healing" indicator appear, but it takes time to start the healing process.

He actually heals?! Wow, I had no idea, I was fairly low on food with that character so I never got him up to energized. Thanks!
