BC_Hawke 276 Posted March 20, 2014 With SA still far from being complete I've noticed a fair number of people purchasing Arma II to try out the mod or simply reinstalling it to try it out again. The problem is, a lot of people are having trouble sifting through all the various mods and private hives to find a place where they can play good old vanilla DayZ. My squad and I found US3480 around last November and we've found it to be the last bastion of the original vanilla DayZ experience. Pleeeeeeease do yourself a favor and check out epoch. Expecially epoch on panthera.......These mods are DayZ Standalone x1000, and most people dont realize that. Base building, NPCs, 1,000's of vehicles everywhere, hello kitty cars, easy to obtain weapons and gear are not my cup of tea.
