Game freezes and He Man sings "What's going on". What is happening?

So about every fourth of fifth time I start the game, just when the information comes up telling me that the game is in Alpha etc. comes up, my whole computer freezes except mouse movement and this exact song starts playing: 

 (it's the He man sings "what's going on"-song). 

I can't even get the task manager working. I can however press ctrl-alt-del and then shut down my computer with the mouse. 

I've done several virus checks, I have verified my files through steam, nothing suspect is going on. I use windows 7, firewall on etc. 

Any ideas?

Seriously though if this isn't a troll then your pc has probably been hijacked. You are likely experiencing some kind of root kit. Virus scanning software is unreliable, your only real option is to format your hdd and reinstall windows :(

You can open the add/remove programs menu and look for anything that seems out of place and try to remove it, but honestly formatting is the only guaranteed fix.
