There's a few things I'm not a fan of, Mostly some of the item textures and such being a bit comic book-ish, And battery levels shown on items, That aside, Really good work, It looks really good.

I like the left and middle sections but I would prefer if things were more centered on the right. It's not bad for a little mock up/idea type thing though.

 

I also like how the current inventory has a picture of the clothing or backpack, which you click to expand the storage area. That's also missing here.

 

Just some constructive criticism. :)

Thank the 9 that not what I thought, some things I don't agree with but the overall layout seems good, better then the current.

You have to lick the batery in order to find how much power is left,and not have some magic indicator.

That little thing is going to piss alot of people screaming realism :P

Other than that i like it.

expanding clothing tooks too much rare space of inventory, that, in very my opinion, could be used more wisely.

 

You have to lick the batery in order to find how much power is left,and not have some magic indicator.

i removed it off last version of images, don't know why indicator is still there  :rolleyes:

This is by far the most impressive UI concept I've seen in awhile.  Hopefully Rocket and the rest takes notes.

It's missing the graphic representation of the body... maybe not a big deal for those who play regular... but, for those who play hardcore, it's nice having that in the current UI.  I don't see the point of the center section (except the two hands, which I like).

I think the battery icon should stay, but only to indicate that there is no battery in the device or for a for sure, single-use item like a defibrillator.

I personally think this is amazing; it shows the clothing system in a much more intuitive way, but one thing missing is the character model, perhaps a second tab to show the character?

you can see current outfit by pressing EQUIPMENT word (title) on top of the middle window or "right" "left" buttons.

Looks awesome! Just needs to be a little more opaque.

it actually shouldn't be opaque at all, because you can't see around you while you look into your backpack.

duracell bateries have a charge left feature, maybe they should implement that lol so as not to have to lick the batteries always to see if they are full. instead just a use battery item on some that actually gives an exact indication of the bagteries over all charge just saying, if we wanna go down the "people crying realism" path

Some interesting stuff.  I think they'll probably polish it up in that similar manner  once the game goes into beta.  Most of those features, like the amount of water, and batteries attached, are easy things to add

I'd like this, but with the addition if being able to see what I look like in the UI as well, like the current one does. However, this UI makes some things simpler. For example, instead of making a seperate head bandana and face bandana, just drag it to either the face or the head.
