Dog leash.. for pets and prisoners

So if you are adding in dogs, you should consider dog leashes. That way fido can stay close if you want, and you could even let us place one around a prisoner. So he could be handcuffed, burlap bagged, and dog leashed so you could lead him were you want too. Could be quite a nice addition to things if you ask me.. :)
