1. Melee fighter competitive events with unarmed, machete, axe and freestyle competitions in DayZ

2. Traditional dueling for honor or sport

3. Be a bookmaker in Altis Life and take bets on real life sporting events. 

4. Russian Roulette / Hostage Roulette

1. happened once in the mod.. community event, and it was EPIC!.. tons of people on a closed server with a custom arena built. Very funny stuff. Id link if I had the time to search for it.. 

2. I would love to do this myself, or perhaps force 2 prisoners to duel.. place 2 pistols on ground, ammo on ground. Say "Go!" and whoever wins, wins.. LOL
