I have been seeing this a lot lately as well that pops up on our server. Its been getting more and more.

I read is because Vehicles files have already been added but not activated

Considering it's using the engine of Take on Helicopters I would assume it's the pbo's from there or ARMA.

 

I wouldn't really pay attention to it, as there's nothing to it, I don't even think they have started working on the vehicles.

As I posted above, it's not suited for DayZ nor are those files of any worth for you.

Its the pbo for the Bicycle... and I would assume it means nothing or they have started to test/code in the bike as Dean said that its the first vehicle and that they may be in sooner than we expect.
