CQF falsified copyright claims and DDOS confessions

CQF has been harassing my community in every form they can, not limited to DDOSing... claiming false copyright infringements on youtube, claiming to own DayZ Standalone licenses etc. etc.

It has gotton to the point where our gameservers.com host has had to start blocking their IPs from their servers in an attempt to keep them from exploiting ingame glitches to crash the server repeatedly.

 

It would be nice if these forums could have been a place to come for help, without bias. However, the moderators don't seem to do proper investigations before censoring information and terminating accounts.

 

I was forced to reupload the video to a different host, and will continue to do so if they claim anymore ownership over DayZ SA

 

http://videobam.com/UoNVD is the link to the video they claimed ownership over. This is the one where they admit to DDOSing, and act like committing crime is a joke.

http://videobam.com/cBITk is another part of their 1+ hours of uploads. They admit to their success when they DDOS and make a bunch of people from the server lose connection. I put in the TS portion for name referencing.

 

My previous dayzgame forums account was banned, due to my dayzgame forums name being different than my youtube name, which I wasn't aware of being against the dayzgame forums terms of service. However, mods can feel free to ban this one as well.

 

I am merely making it known what CQF is really up to behind closed doors. 

 

At no point in the last thread I made under the username "Taffey Lewis" did I try to hide my identity. I assumed it was irrelevant and beside the main point of the post. Had anyone asked me if I were the server owner and administrator, I would not have hidden my identity. 

 

Take what you want from this thread, or take nothing at all. It's just information. 

 

Censoring this just proves my point.

They talk about a "run in" that Band of Hawk had with the "TOS" for DayZ SA, however they leave out the part where gameservers.com issued an apology due to falsified reports against the Band of Hawk server. BoH has acted fairly. We run a server ranked 24th in the world (currently during this post), and it's maintained with the continued support from our server host gameservers.com. 

 

I understand CQF will pretend that they aren't breaking the ToS, and will continue to vaguely describe the ToS in a false context, but they have broken it multiple times to have our server regulars lose connection and crash out of the game.

It's not an argument.

 

It's a group of DDOSers that attack other communities DayZ SA server to try and make them drop ranks on gametracker.com, in order to make their rank raise up higher.

 

All arguments aside, this should be made public. This attack on my community has been going on for way too long now.

I have had server regulars on my community server add me to steam friends and tell me that they have seen CQF do this on other servers as well.

I also wanted to state for the record that these attacks aren't limited to DDOSing, but they will join a server a leave it over and over to attempt to make the population drop... not sure exactly how it works, I am not a specialist. However, they admitted to that in one of their full length troll videos on youtube. Dig around and you can find that as well. They admitted to shutting other servers down with similar "ops" (their word).

That "band of hawk" dude really is a tool, so I don't blame them for their op lol. He abuses his server admin powers like crazy. I just played on his server tonight, saw him abusing global chat, global voice, and resetting server irregularly. No doubt he was probably kicking people, as well, but unfortunately i have no proof of that.

 

 

I'm not entirely sure what this entire thread is about to be completely honest...I mean I don't like CQF as much as the next guy but you sound like you got some ancient beef with em lol.

Yes, they do appear to do this. I tried to infiltrate their ranks so I could do some trolling on them a while back, but got bored with it and abandoned the whole thing. While I was there, to your credit, they did speak of how their server had dropped in ratings and said they would have briefings to discuss ways to boost the server rank. this is clearly speculative on my part, however.

This is an issue for law enforcement: take it to the police. And I don't mean it as a dismissal, merely that is the appropriate 'forum' for these issue(s).

This is completely false, you were suspended because you were using multiple accounts.

The 2nd account was removed and the original was given a 7 day suspension which will end the 24th February 2014 - 07:06 AM.

 

You have now made a 3rd account, again breaking the rules (11) Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts are not tolerated and may result in a Ban for each instance.) while at the same time committing a ban evasion.

 

What do you expect me to do with someone like you ?

The rules will be applied and your original account will receive a further infraction point.

 

Now go away and await the end of your suspension ( I am not imposing a permanent ban, take note).
