Exotic and hard to reach places should spawn loot. For example the large industrial buildings in cherno, or the helicopter wrecks in the forests or basically all he buildings that have hard to reach places. This would encourage exploring a bit mor

I concur.

 

They should randomize loot items in each location on each server reset also. That way not everyone is running for the piano houses asap. Maybe someone will find a weapon in a warehouse building out by the docks or something.

hm, well.

i only find shotties in the pianohouse, which is quite OK, i think, because it's a civilian weapon.

I've only found a mosin in the pianohouse 1-3 times in the whole time, which is also OK, i think.

 

but yeah.

maybe the castles could also spawn some survival-gear, like canned food, can-opener, canteens?

(they spawn things, but it just gltiches through the floor all the time)

they haven't finished the map yet, so it's very likely they will sort it out once they figure out where everything is going to be.

It would certainly be a refreshing deviation to be rewarded for your exploration. Currently people die and usually do one of two things. Run to electro to gear and work their way to balota airfield or run to berezino to gear and work their way to NEAF. If I'm going to take the time to swim all the way out to one of these islands I should get something amazing, like an imported crate of ripened pineapples. Can you imagine how good one of those would taste after a zombie apocalypse? Its the little things that count.

I'm assuming that, eventually, the crashed copters will have at least a few bits of military loot. It'd be nice for those requiring the 5.56 ammo not to have to make the suicide run to the airfields to stock up on their munitions, but, then again....

Fucking medieval armor with claymores. I want to run a 1mph and not being able to get back on my feet when I fall.

Imagine the glouriousness when you charge a city.

I hope they add more to the north of the map, north past the NW airfield, there are some buildings up there, such as  a police station and a small row of storage facilities, but i would like to see more in time. Perhaps a new city up north with actual an shopping mall, cinema, etc. Perhaps a new more secluded airport, or even a chunk of desert far north with related buildings to match. Some islands far out at sea only accessible by heli's or planes. Islands that could reflect that perhaps cherno isn't the only place with survivors of the zed infection.
