No other clips or ammo will be found unless you are super lucky and find it again. For those who don't know what it is, it is a gold .50 caliber Desert Eagle. But really, how would adding a Desert Eagle be any better than adding, say, a DA Revolver in .44 or .454? Both would be extremely large caliber handcannon-like pistols that'd probably be an OHK at close range, and besides the extra round in the Desert Eagle both would function the same while the Revolvers would be far more believable. If you really wanted to see a Desert Eagle in game, I'd just stick with suggesting a stainless or matte black as well, the chances of them being added are probably a bit more likely.
