Yes.  I haven't built my new computer yet, while I am waiting for more snow.  Plowing paychecks will pay for the new system.  I'm now using a sniper playstyle, due to city lag.

i have a top of the line laptop that handles farcry 4 seamlessly even on mid to high settings and yet when i am trying to play my private hive guy, the lootgasm is basically crashing/freezing the game. ridiculous

He's probably one of those 'badasses' that runs with a clan that doesn't have any clan battles because they'd all die anyways.  If you're desperate enough to message, take time to meet, and kill someone with gillie, you're a terrible pvp'er.  Can't kill a random with gillie?  Nope, what a baddie.
