I killed a survivor

Recommended Posts

I dropped a M4 in the middle of Elektro. Then I hid up a hill, waiting for someone to see it. As I saw someone going into the Pub, i ran down the Hill .

He has no Gun and looks not dangerous, he is wearing a hat. I say:

Me: Hey, here is an M4

Him: Where?

Me: On the street, but I can´t pick it up.

Him: Oh, You are right.

He goes to the gun and says: It has to be from a dead body who desp...

I shoot him in the flank, three times, rapidly.

I say: I like your hat.

He is dead, probably, to make sure I shoot him one bullet in the head.

I never killed someone.

I am not sure if i should fell guilty. He had nothing to lose. He can just respawn. Mabey he is more carful next time if someone offers him a M4.

I did this because the game offers me nothing else. At the Moment. I hope this will change.

if this game offers you nothing else, you are offering nothing to yourself.

right or wrong. guilty or not giving a shit. Up to you.

i think it would be more fun to hunt people. track them without being seen, sneak up to them, etc...there's a lot you can do. shoot the wall they are close to and watch them shit their pants.

i was in Story last night and tracked a guy fully geared around the town. it was a hardcore server and apparently, this guy didnt look over his shoulder once. i must have tracked him for 25 minutes. then when i had enough, a sniped him. i took a ton of usable loot from him.

ive had my fair share of bambi slayings, but after a while, it gets dull because there's nothing to gain from it. just me tho. im not preaching. i fully get the "thrill of the kill" thing that your dayz purist will preach against. do whatever floats your boat, but start thinking of ways of making it fun. to me, there's nothing more fun than tracking someone and getting real close to them all while they cant see you. youre in charge (mostly) of the situation and hope someone else doesn't enter the equation. sometimes it happens and thats part of the thrill.

good luck out there.

In this game, "you did the right thing" means nothing...as does "you did the wrong thing."  All that matters is that you have some sweet sunglasses and all the beans.

how to ruins sumeone experience

I know right! I spent probably ten hours on the last character, sure he wasn't the best armed guy, but as soon as someone with a gun sees me they put seven in me before i know whats happening. As a new player it leaves me pretty much wary of people, if i see other survivors i hide or run at this point.  So far i have two friendly guys in my play through.   To me, it doesn't add anything to the community of this game, it only takes it away.

Que Sera, Sera.

well if he had no weapons on him you should feel guilty

Sociopaths feel no empathy for others.

My favorite part of the story though: "I like your hat."

Beans to you, my sociopathic friend! :beans:

Welcome to the KOS Deathmatch Permadeath Standalone.

There isn't anything else to do in the game.  Loot or kill people.

Hopefully in the future they'll have a Humanity System and more stuff to do.
