Dont get those what seems 2 be hate or wannabe wise coments ! i went from Solnichny to Electro ,than to Pusta  and than I'm dead in Staroye! So pls stop that lame trolling ... or keep on i don't rlly care that much ! But as a constructive part of this community i think problem still persists! I agree with OP. you go in-land to gear up and it's boring as hell. I don't play this game to find myself alone without seeing one person.

 

I stick to high populated places so i can, you know interact or even die a few times that's just the way I play the game.

 

They need to do something with respawning loot already, people sever hop cause' there is no loot!

 

Walk in-land that will take an hour more or less and you're already burnt out, from looting mind you. LOL

 

Once loot respawns the game will be more enjoyable. Bright side, I'm seeing more zombies now(cool) hopefully we see 100+ in cities soon.

Perhaps you should try a new server? I am not suggesting you server hop, but if you're playing on a 40/40 server and everyone's at or near the coast you are going to have a much more difficult time than if you find one with 20 or 30 players.

The map is more than Cherno and Elektro, and nothing needs to be done here.

Really i thought it was obvious, the game is a survival game and you died of hunger while staying around a highly populated area... what really did you expect everyone to leave you food with a lil note in a lunch box saying how special you are?

Just go inland it's not that hard supply up then go to your beloved electro nothing wrong with the game just your approach (you didn't survive you lost at the game).

Its just frustrating! I walked from coast (rough 30 mins ) to get to Electro just to find all building have opened doors and there is no loot in WHOLE CITY, NO FOOD , NO WATER only damaged clothes and rotten f*ing bananas! went further ahead towards Cherno ... same thing! Character is starving... im so pissed I go to change a server becouse i will die this way becouse there is no food on whole server i guess! Than i get 200 seconds 2 login ( server hoop protectio which i support by the way ) ! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THAT !!!

I mean, even at my first playthrough I guessed that big cities or area close to the spawn point would be populated/looted. I headed straight to the forest, not knowing where the hell I was going and found lot of stuff in farms and small villages. 

I died stupidly cause I didn't know you could use your shirt as rags though.

I'm not complaining becouse that! If for a second u stop being a troll and start 2 use your head (and actually read) you would notice that the point is -Play for 1 hour -just more , change 4 towns from high to low populated and every single house in the way , even the ones scattered around the towns are looted ! Well that my friend IS A PROBLEM! Lets say server is up for quite a time ... people scavanged the coast ... so normally u need 2 go inland! but its all looted in a long radius  and server restart is far away... How are the newly joined people supposed to survive? I understand and love survival concept in games but this is just not going to end up well  for a fellow survivor

Thanks for posting 1 of few constructive answers ( didn't know FPS was the cause of loot not respawning and that they are working on it) !Thats how u converse internet wariors!  U sir have my beanz and Orange sherbert if they ever implement it :)

I love it!!! I mean really love it!! I completely love the fact i am not guaranteed loot anywhere on the map, its how it should be in a hardcore survival game (which is what the mod was for a few glorious months in the beginning). I know most of the band wagoners only know dayz as the kos fest it has become but i personally love the feeling of really trying to survive in an apocalypse, its not like most people wouldnt be starving to some degree shortly after an apocalypse occurs and things r looted and expired.

2) To stop dying you server hopped instead of trying to struggle through it or heading inland (the server having low supplies is not a valid reason to hop; just because it wasn't a military supply you still hopped for an easy way to obtain supplies)

3) for server hopping (which you did) you got punished.

4) you came to the forums and complained about it (even though what you are complaining about were all mistakes on your part)

5) everyone gave you the same advice 'get off the coast'

6) you refused to take anyones advice

Buddy there is so much loot to be found up north. So without being an asshole about it, go up north and look for a multicolored house painted blue and yellow, you can feed for days off of one of these houses.

I stated i died from starvation btw :) Than changed server but ok :) case closed ... got my answer :Devs cant do shit about it atm coz it would mean FPS would be horror if loot was more abundant or respawned....
