I don't play in just one way. There isn't a whole lot to do, so every life for me is a different attitude.
This ranges from homicide to altruistic, and the many grey areas inbetween.

I am probably a killer though.. My favorite role is axe murderer. >.>

I am saying the vast majority of us are killers... Spawns included.. I wasn't starting a your right I'm wrong type thing, however I personally think that anyone in a populated server is out to kill other players. I also think people are freindly until they are fully geared and hiding in the bushes.

 

If you've as you claim "never killed a player" I commend you Inception.. I also assume you play a solo survival mission. Like I mentioned as well, I might do this on a hardcore server, I hear people are a little more reluctant to kill.

Vulnerable?? that's fucking funny.. Fully geared guy is super vulnerable here, vs a tired hungry lonley spawn? However, these tired hungry spawns are able to punch out people in no time take your stuff and kill you.. fuck helping them, how is that surviving, risking your own life and the toon you spent hours on, to go help and get knocked the fuck out..

 

Like I said, nice = "you are dead".. I don't kill everything I see on sight, I like to mix it up, but to say you don't kill, hmm,

My first KOS yesterday.

Saw two guys, one naked and one fully geared. Geared guy duped himself and ran off into a building. Got into position and killed the naked guy looting the dupe and then shot at the geared guy, who combat logged. I got three rounds off in his direction, hope I hurt him.

I consider myself as friendly as can be, but the duping pissed me off.

I don't feel that this is political at all.. ... I play with a group of guy's from this forum, all from this forum via my post... They would tell you 25hr played bambis that the vast majority of this game is killing other people.. Who you chose to kill might make you a little different than the other guy.

 

Tonight I was killing a squad of people from the hospital in electro, you ask why? they were offing fresh toon's so i killed the shit outta them with my team. What did they do? They ghosted the shit outta me with a freshy and an axe

Duping and then combat logging... People are absolute scum.

 

I absolutely refuse to combat log even in cases where I think the danger's over. I've been hiding for 10-20 minutes before and had to pee so badly in real life and still haven't logged out. I have to know the combat is over. If I think I've escaped, I run into the forest, hide in a bush, then I'll allow myself to log off (as long as I'm not shot at again :p ). I don't want to ruin the experience of the game for others! I find it exciting as well, even if I don't have the firepower to defend myself.

Just for the sake of expanding my knowledge, is "toon" short for anything? I'm guessing it means spawn but where does that word come from? I've never heard it before.

Ok, not a political ad then... I digress... Not trying to take a straight jab at you either, just be careful how you word the title of a post, if you mean, literally:

then stick to it, don't backpedal on it later under pressure... Makes no sense. While I disagree with you totally, for my own reasons, I also have not created a forum post saying "Let's be honest, we are not all killers"... Only later to say, well, we kinda are, or mostly we are, or sometimes we are....

First off... "you're"... Second... Never did I say I had not killed anyone in game... I simply pointed to the fact that you went from an absolute (ALL)... to lesser forms, "most and beyond"... If you came here for vindication because you found yourself in a scary video game and had to kill the bad man and now you are worried about your digital soul, and want someone to tell you it is alright (that's exactly what the post I am quoting sounds like by the way)... Then I will tell you all about how the bad man hurted me and I hurted him back, with a pipe wrench, in the kitchen. 

No need to resort to calling the clan of "fuck you" people liars... Just properly title your post next time, maybe something like: "I killed a girl and I liked it"... I would be on that band wagon all day!
