Cannot Quote Or Copy And Paste In Forum

Anyone have any ideas why?. Using windows 7 and internet explorer 64 bit, if that is of any help.

Yes. Been that way the whole time... since December. I spoke to someone else in a post with the same problem. He said it stopped when he switched to Google Chrome. Personally, Because I feel Goole already has too great a strangle hold on my life, I would rather not feed that snake at this point. Mind you, Microsoft isn't any better.
