Tocaefoge 3 Posted January 27, 2014 (edited) Got wiped, failed writing tittle Just wasted hours today gearing up a character, i was on an 10/40 server, once i found an m4 i tried to change to 40/40... both servers were named like UK regular or GB public regular... once i changed server i just spawned a new character.. got so pissed... like i spent all night gearing and then pff.. one thing is getting killed, other is this stupid bug..Anyway enough of whinning.... how can i prevent this from hapenning again? Nebulae3 422 Posted January 28, 2014 (edited) Try to log on a similar server like Regular Fragnet, MPGS.CO, or Gameservers.com - maybe your character with equipment will come back. (click on host.)And remember if you (click on 'mode') you can decide to play on a hardcore server, which is only 1st person view,or regular server, which also support 3rd person view. The thing is if you log on a hardcore mode server even with same character name: You start without equipment.It seems that hardcore and regular servers are unique, which means you can't use your regular character with equipment on a hardcore serveror vice versa. Did u read anything I wrote above?I think u clicked on a hardcore server; you don't lose your equipment, but you will start a new character on a different game mode.Edit; see it as two character slots.1. silversx 75 Posted January 28, 2014 please stop posting that link about disconnected from hive.. this is a different bug because the servers i'm on are always full and these are servers that saves characters perfectly fine one minute and respawns you next..
