lol balota hunger games at every server restart... funny thing is I just realized that I miss the South West part of the map. I probably haven't been to balota, zelenogorsk, pavlovo military base or even sobor's for a really long time. so yes! I would definitely download that experimantal!

I'm asking this because I haven't played for couple of months, and today, first I broke my leg for no reason when I was just walking on stairs in police station (the one in Kamyshovo). Then with another character later, I just died instantly in one of the rooms (Staroye). I didn't see anybody nor heard any sound, just "you are dead".

Well I think there is a problem about my own game because I'm getting this issue on the servers which I have played for months and didn't get any problem, so it's not about the servers. I also had a few character resets back 4-5 months ago, but Dean Hall stated that those were about the servers which couldn't connect to Hive. But this one seems like it's just about me. I also had many game crashes when I was playing in Experimental (seems like it's a common issue in experimental), so maybe some config files etc. are lost? I will try your advice tomorrow, thanks. Also as I said in a previous post, I'm not spawning with the clothes and skin I selected from character options, I just start with a random character.

I play on my 4-5 favorite servers which are on my list for a few months, and I had no problem until this week. I also tried other different servers to test this. I believe there's something wrong with my game files.

Well, it started on Experimental first, then I switched to Stable yesterday, I thought it was about experimantal but it keeps happening.

Guys, I know about those basic stuff, I have been playing since release. But this character wipe is just constantly happening every time I try. I just don't want to reinstall the whole game if there is a solution.

Of course I know about the 30 seconds, it's not something like that. I'm sure that the game is not saving my character, I'm testing this for a few days and it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I try. Every time after server reset or disconnect, I start as a fresh spawn. And another thing is that I don't start with my own character settings (clothes and skin), I just start with a random character.

Guys, please help me! I can't play the game anymore because of this. My character keeps getting reset after every time i quit, change server or server restart. Everytime I change server, I keep starting with a new character in a new spawn point. Seems like game is not saving my character for some reason...

I don't know what causes this, but the mouse control is just terrible in this game. İt is really hard to simply aim at a target when compared to other regular fps games. I don't know if this is because of acceleration, deceleration or just high sensitivity. But something is really, really fucked up with the mouse control.

Well, I found this on a dead body today... I'm not a glitcher by the way, server was reset when i was on the roof, but respawned at the bottom of the apartment. I can't get out, i also need help for that please :D

Exactly. But to prevent the current game status - people rushing into one town (Berezino), dying, respawning and running to their bodies again, or just rush to the nearest military loot (NE Airfield) - the weapon loot should also should be changed. Weapon loot should be increased as you go to north in general , to prevent the game stucking in a small area (currently the North East). In the current game, you either choose a deathmatch or a dead game. If you go to places except North East, you never see anyone except zombies. Dayz shouldn't be like this. People should be travel around the map more, and enter a combat when they face other players more randomly, not joining DM_Berezino for a deathmatch. But of course, that would be great if servers had more (around 100) player limit. With the current 30-40 player limit, spreading the loot to north and player spawns may cause a silent map.

Sorry that i don't have a video for the following story, so you just have to believe me, or just don't. I didn't think there were hackers in SA until i just met one. There were some people in the community claiming that they were killed by hackers and shared videos about those incidents; but all the events in those videos seemed like desync, lag or glitch to me. So listen to my story: Me and my friend joined a server, spawned around the big factory in Berezino. We were just standing near a wall and watching around with 3rd person camera. Then after 15-20 seconds, I realized that there was a guy with a pistol, watching us on the other side of the wall, we were standing like face to face with him. So he started threatening us and warned us many times to drop our weapons. We just laughed, didn't take him seriously. Then I decided to flank him, but after a few seconds i started walking, he disappeared instantly, and BAM! I was dead, didn't even see him but heard 1 pistol shot. My friend also died after a while, but he said that he saw him like he was teleporting before he was dead. I don't know, that didn't seem like a glitch to me, I think that was just HACK. First of all, he found us after a few seconds we joined the server in a position where we couldn't kill him but see each other easily, and he was talking like he was sure that he could kill us if he wanted. And as I said, he just disappeared instantly when he was standing still, it was not like he was moving or jumping to try glitching.

What causes this? Which command should I change in the config file? Help please.

It just seems stupid that we have to look into buildings for wooden sticks when there are trees around. I just got shot in my leg in a country side far away from towns and my morphine got ruined. the guys also did not show up again, i can't die, i can't suicide. i have to crawl for hours maybe now. It would be great if we could just gather wooden sticks from trees in these kind of situations.

I found once in the top floor of school, and once in the second floor of that long building which has like 6 machines in it. But anyway, you can't find magazine or ammo for m4 in elektro. You either have to kill someone for that or just go to balota airstrip, which is the closest m4 spawn to elektro i guess.
