as speculation the answer would be no a cleaning kit does just that cleans a weapon to maintain it in good firing order. the only thing that would fix a scope would be spare parts for said scope( no idea if this will or wont be added) new lenses etc for the scope....

Aside from the fact that the weapon cleaning kit is for cleaning the interior of the weapon itself, and not the scope, one does not simply fix broken glass by cleaning it. It's for preventing your weapon from deteriorating over time.
