colbykid 61 Posted January 24, 2014 Yep, this game is so much FUN and addict. Tonight I played with 2 my friends. We met at harbor of Berezino, then we went to Berezino to loot some food, water. We were not very lucky, we just found 2 Canned Sardines, 1 Canned Tuna, 1 Canned Baked Beans. But I found hunting backpack. Then we realized that the sky was dark very quickly. So we decided to find a water pump and drink till stomach is full. We were lucky, we found a water pump nearby an apartment, we drink and go to the apartment to eat what we found. And you know, It is a bad decision to climp the roof to eat. 2 of us fell from the ladder (I'm sure it is a bug). Result: Me and one my friend have broken our leg (Me and the guy wear the helmet). That's not all, my friend (Guy wear red hoodie) drop the can opener so we can't open foods, we have to use knife to open them and drop a lot of food. After have a dinner and little chit chat, we go to sleep. Anyway today is a very long day with us. We don't meet any bandits but ladder breaks our legs. Tomorrow, the only guy who don't have a broken leg must go out and find wooden stick and rags to fix our broken legs. If he dies, we are fucked up. Good new is I have full bottle of water and a water pump outside the apartment. Bad new is we dont have food and if have some bandit go to apartment, maybe I and my friends (Broken legs) gonna die. I now get as much joy from finding a tin of tuna and a can of soda as I once did with finding a magnum with rounds next to it. This is reality. I remember a few weeks ago when I started playing, and getting down in the dumps about being KoS'd, and then falling off of ladders when totally geared up - but I came to reason that this was what it was at the moment in time during development - the easiest part (I'm guessing) was for all of the FPS stuff to be administered first of all, which of course suited certain players. Now the reality updates are coming in, and the fingers that I have crossed hoping that the devs turn this into the revolutionary, distinct and ground breaking game become closer with every update. I am so very glad that they are creating a realistic, emotion-driven game - - making my heart race when in a shoot out with other humans - elation when I now find a passable amount of food that will keep my char going - the occassional moment of terror when I hear some stealth zombie croak into my ear on a dark night... it's the next generation of gaming this. He was friendly and was asking me if I had found anything. All the sudden another dude comes running from behind and hits me with a bat or axe. I flee. These two assholes are laughing and chasing me for a bit. I manage to get back to the coast and head W. They manage to catch up to me and I try to fight them, but get knocked unconscious. I had been laughing uncontrollably when I was getting chased because I was actually frightened. The best part was when I lay unconscious, I hear another dude who must have been up the road. He starts talking to these two asking if they want to join some "New Zealand" something or other. He asks why I'm laying on the ground, did I take something from them. Then I hear one of the dudes say "We just killed this dude because he stole our stuff and then ran away." Laughed so hard I cried. Love this shit!
