My guess is that 0.31 goes stable and 0.32 is the new experimental version. That's just a guess though based on the information provided.

I was logged in, but I am running out of time for today.  It reminds me of all the pay-per-month games I used to play that had monthly maintenance for small patches.  Always seemed to happen on the one day you have the whole day free.

 

I just got my PC fixed last night, today was my first chance to play in a week.
