Unplayable, almost

well with 160 hours spent, half of that has been running away from people who shoot fresh spawns. this game is getting a little ridiculous. it isnt even banditry anymore its just ruining others experience.

 

needless to say i think the community will be the downfall of this game. how am i supposed to test game functions if i cant even walk ten feet without getting shot at?

didnt expect to see such negative and condescending remarks when i didnt explain in full how i play. just pointing out the fact that spawn rape is becoming a rampant disease. chill your nuts, i try playing near the coast on occasion and 90% of the time get shot at within a minute. since then i have played more on the coast to see how people move. its disgusting. an all out war between anything that moves. when i get shot at, i want to be robbed first; bandits should at least roleplay a bit instead of being a serial killer.

get the fuck over yourselves, you think in 160 hours i havent figured out the coast is dangerous? all im saying is i get shot at BEFORE i can get off the coast. go educate yourselves, your reading comprehension skills are sub par. maybe i shall explain my methods, but i dont give out my secrets and movements. just know i roll up on people in a group of at least 4, armed to the fucking teeth but im not going to hunt defenseless people. god you guys really reinforce my point, 'the community WILL be the downfall of this game'. at least during development. and notice the capital WILL. that means in the future, not present. but its probably both to be honest.

move fast swiftly and loot quickly. use common sense and you wont be murdered alot.

 

i see some people for eg take ten minutes to loot a body ! what are you doing passing prair on his remains ? get the gear get gone !

 

the games simple . treat it at that and youll not struggle.

Join a unpoplated server and do your testing, end of problem :D

But honestly 160 hours in a game, thats not even a game yet, is crazy.

Hope you dont get bored of the game before its actually released lol, which is 1.5-2 years from now :)

"OH TAT IS HUMEN NATURE, SO REEL, IS LIEK REALETY, EWRYONE WEEL SHOOT ENYONE BECOOS IS A ZOMBE APOCELEPSE" is what you often hear as an argument. Some people don't get that this is a game, not a life. You can shoot whoever you want to shoot, they are pixels. Nobody gives a f-ck, you won't have nightmares for the rest of your life, you won't regret it, he won't leave a family behind, because in the end it's just a person in front of a computer who's going to rage because his formation of pixels died. The problem right now is the small range of endgear and items in general. Many people get bored, so they just KOS and spawnrape. I personally don't even get any gear anymore, I just run around the coast and fool around, start fist fights, and teach people how to properly 1 shot knock out others. I killed 3 fully armed russians that way, damn they were pissed. You just gotta live with things like nonsense KOS right now, just wait until the new update comes, that will keep the people busy for a bit.

Are you trolling? I have a little over 100 hours played and I literally have never been spawn killed. You must really be clueless. Maybe try not running down the open road of the coast on a full server.

I never got spawnkilled, and almost never got KoS'd before. Don't get surprised by other players. Play careful and tactical. In short, L2P.

You know i haven't been shot once as a new spawn.  So i have either been lucky or my smash and grab technique of looting works.

im somewhat bored of the monotony of running town to town for little loot; but i havent gone on a pathetic killing spree of new spawns as soon as they appear. its usually a single person or a couple. i play with a group of 6-8 normally but by myself i tend to play less safe. granted thats gunna get me killed more but im not exaggerating when i say i get shot as soon as i spawn. as long as theres at least 10 people on a server you got a damn good chance of being spotted and shot at within the first few minutes

well its a trend ive noticed that is becoming more prevalent. i get shot as soon as i spawn. its happened quite frequently. i dont even have time to run anywhere. i dont run down the road, im not a dumbass.

Think like a preditor, so you know how to avoid them. I avoid any forms of contact from other survivor. I go get into the cities to get gear and food than stay on the country side at the outskirts looking in.

 

I was getting supplies in a hospital when I bumped into a survivor. I pointed my magnum at him and moved back, he got his ax and followed me to another room. Soon as he enterred the door I pumped 3 rounds into him.

 

One instance I saw a new spoon bleeding, bandaged him up and gave him food and I moved away.
