My screen is sliding to the left

My screen moves slightly to the left when I play DayZ. This is the only game this happens with. I've played with my resolution and user interface size as well as all my other in game options. What can I do to fix this?

I can't take a screen shot, but what it looks like is, there is a black bar along the right side of the screen that I can't move my mouse through, and the left of the screen looks like in continues off the side. My messages get cut off about halfway through whenever I get one. This is even at the main menu.
