Uhmm.. yeah, I'm a guy so I also play one in DayZ. If you use a female character and speak to me with a male voice, you're getting shot. ;)

what do you mean it's broken? I never heard of this.

 

I altered some graphic settings in my .cfg file and now I can't see my character in the main menu nor change the visual appearance. I guess I could set it back to default but then my game wouldn't run very well. I should probably post this problem in the bugtracker but I'm not sure exactly what the problem is.

I believe your name is tied to your steam account. I think they might change this later. Head bob should be some where in your settings in the main menu. Near the FOV slider maybe?

Why? The booze is gone man! We can't have crossdressers running around Chernarus if there's no booze!

 

I also wonder if the size of the player model actually makes a difference. I know if I were making the game, all player models would have the same hitbox to keep things even. Otherwise, you eventually have mostly Asian girls running around Chernarus.

When all other things are considered, I choose not to stare at a man's ass all day. To each his own I guess. I think I randomly chose some white chick with a pony tail. Two minutes in and I had a gas mask so I couldn't tell you much more than that.

well that sucks. If it were some -commands you inputted in the launch options, you could've easily revert it back.

lol no. The chick is definitely smaller. Both cosmetically and physically. Even if it's only the former, it's reason enough to use her.
