Will the team start working on standalone now?

I was wondering, since I spent $30 on the game (great game)

 

Is the team going to start shifting work towards the standalone to help it catch up to the mod, or will it be it's own unique game?  How are the updates going to work basically.  Will they just stop working on the mod and start working on the standalone now?

The mod and the game are developed by two totally separate teams, it has been this way for a very long time.

The devs aren't working on the mod and haven't been for some time. The mod is community run.

 

The devs are working on the standalone game, now and in the future.

 

 

EDIT: They call him Fluxley 'Fast Fingers' and he even has his own theme song.

The team haven't worked on the mod for some time, as they've been busy getting the Standalone to the state it's in.

 

The mod's been worked on by volunteer developers such as R4z0R, and I'm not sure if there's much point in continuing to develop that.

The Standalone team hasn't been working on the Mod for well over a year - the mod is run by a different team.

 

Updates will come but you have to remember it is the Holiday season and even Devs need a break (except Hicks).
