XOLiD 102 Posted January 2, 2014 Well in the course of the last 3 days, I've been killed by 8 hackers. All teleporting to me and then killing me. Only one time was actually just after fresh spawning, every other time I had a full kit or nearly complete. Makes me sad that so many people have to cheat just to kill people in a survival game but whatever. Funny thing is, I never even had a single issue of dealing with a hacker in the mod, and I started playing that back around patch 1.5.8. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They're never adding loot respawning, everything spawns on server start now, that's the way they want it, it's not a bug. Loot isn't respawning now while the devs work on stability issues and the database. But yeah this community has some of the biggest douches and epeen flexers. They just don't realize this game will never reach its true potential because of them but they pay no mind and never realize and just move on and ruin another game. MystoganXIX 78 Posted January 2, 2014 (edited) Probably weren't even hackers. I constantly join games where I'm trying to snipe someone running down the road and they teleport. It's not really predictable either, sometimes to the side, sometimes through a wall, sometimes forward, sometimes backwards, etc. I have teleported through a fence or into a building while sprinting a few times. Usually gets me stuck and I have to relog. The community isn't that bad. Nobody really likes "Had enough, I'm leaving" posts and there is actually no evidence that so called hackers wasn't just the OP getting stomped on by people who are fully geared or lagging/teleporting due to all the alpha bugs. Pandema 352 Posted January 2, 2014 Not sure if it was a hack, the most unfortunate event of lag I've ever experienced, or an amazing Mosin sniper. Zeppa 562 Posted January 2, 2014 True, you cant always hear it even if someone fires next to you... also the character grunting in pain etc is totally random on both ends, so you dont know when someone hears you as they get the sounds different time than youself can hear them.
