All of the above, and Ive found attachments in storage sheds as well. Don't know if the rifle itself spawns in them.

New tech building is that office building they opened up if u know wat I mean it's 3 storeys

They are two floor houses but I don't remember the colour sorry. Anyway you see the piano as soon as you enter the ground floor.

I must add I found the rifle only in a house in the north east (three times, city of Polana), so it's not a guarantee, but a possibility.

The piano house spawn SKS, Mosin, Blaze and Shotgun. Mostly on the shelf on the first floor, but ive already found like 3 lying on the 2nd floor. Also, LRSs spawn only at military locations, mostly hangars, but ive already found some of them on the beds in barracks buildings.

You also find them in residential houses in larger towns or cities. I've found them in the washing machine house on the yellow shelves or between the buildings on the covered alley or virtually anywhere in or around said houses.

I wish the weapon drop to be greately reduced because I can find up to 4 weapons in one single building. If you can't find a gun - go to a location which is not looted/open your eyes. Mosin or SKS - the very first (and I mean it) items which I find when respawn
