hrdrok 183 Posted December 30, 2013 Well hello all! I have been exploring our wonderful map and have some sights to share! First off a picture of myself. (Yes I am a member of the press!) My adventures have taking me far north as of lately and I was so thrilled by what I found I decided to take pictures of the journey of interesting sights! I would like to state that I am not a photographer, but merely an explorer. The new north: Rocky-ier mountains! New town? I was seriously so excited to finally find THE train...(wouldn't it be cool if we could get it running again!) Favorite thing I have explored so far! (found my press vest there, and a vest designed to protect against knives) More future update areas I am really digging the new valley/mountain sides. Risked my life climbing up there... With all the role play that is happening and more bound to happen I am waiting for a clan (or individuals) to be combat photographers or just regular photographers. Would be pretty cool. hrdrok 183 Posted January 2, 2014 (edited) Out an about again. Had to start over after losing my gear to the server bug. Was able to find the magnum with ammo. Really like that revolver. :D Made my way to Devil's Castle Pretty neat old place Few views are as grand! Exterior wall. Trying to capture some firefights! Surprisingly the place was empty... blfonsworth 32 Posted January 2, 2014 where the hell is that ship located? It is in the far NE, I am going to check it out later. I spawned on the east coast last night. I checked the map @ dayzdb.com and you can see the ship as a large greay rectangle on the coast in the upper NE, there is also another ship wreck on the SE corner of the map, but it's useless crap. Went there yesterday.. after swimming out to the island as a freshspawn, looting the village there only to realize there are no spawns in those buildings, I threw myself from the top of the lighthouse lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

hrdrok 183 Posted January 3, 2014 Some more exploration. Mix of extreme north and some south shots. A really cool entrance to a bunch of rocky structures. Would make for a great camp! Once inside its very rocky yet with lots of paths, entrances, and exits. May end up being my future home once tents are added. More of the same place. Example of some of the paths. Could be a great ambush point if people invade. The north is beautiful if you haven't had a chance to be there yet. Lots of country-side. Interested to see a new small harbor town of some kind.
