How to fix the lagspikes?

Hey guys,

 

Does anyone have a clue on how to fix the spikes, or am I the only getting them?

It's like a 1-2 second freeze every 10 orso seconds, Really frustrating at times.

 

I have tried a wide range of different video settings, nothing seems to change it.

If anyone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

I think if you posted pc specs it might help others to help you.

This is an issue that came about with the last patch afaik. Some say, disabling clouds fixes it others have no luck with doing that, me being one of them. We'll just have to be patient and wait for a fix, in the meantime you could have a look on the Feedback Tracker to see if the issue is there and upvote it.

I got a radeon HD7850, I7, 6g ram, windows 7 64 bit.

 

On a sidenote what settings should i be able to run with that? Everything is on low right now, but since that doesnt seem to fix it I might aswell crank it up.

Disabling clouds fixed it for me, but it makes night time unplayable but that's not much of a problem when all servers are day time.

Clouds are causing the stuttering. If you set clouds to disabled then it will stop.

While you are in game, hold SHIFT and the - key on the numpad and type FLUSH. Then a black screen pops up and it will say activating FLUSH.
