Anyone know how I get out? I imagine it will be 30 minutes or so before I die.

Sounds you are in detention... what you have done? IoI 

Write 20x "I shouId not kos" on the cIipboard to get out of detention

Why would that have anything to do with it? I think it's a glitch.
