Character was never wiped once...

My character has never been wiped. Even when they update and said there would be full wipe of all characters. Anyone else still playing with same character and not had any wipes like me???

i have had 3 wipes, oddly enough they were 3 completely geared characters...

 

all 3 times ive had wipes i noticed i had a red chain link when i logged out oddly enough.. coincidence maybe?

When Rockett did a hive wipe there were 5000 accounts that didnt get wiped. You were lucky as were 2 friends of mine.

Not the same character (fell of a ladder later), but didn't get wiped either.

Why were 5000 not wiped?! Any reason for this? Pretty cool out of all the people that bought the game i made it into that 5000. :)

I never got wiped by Rocket probably because I died about 3 times around that time before getting geared again.

I was not around for any of the announced wipes, so I have not been affected by these. However, I do notice that if I join a server that's not one of the Vilayer of MGSO servers, there is a high chance of my character being fresh-spawned - when this happens, it's completely wiped; if I join another server, no dice, still fresh. My linking it to specific servers is only anecdotal, though; I've had it happen maybe half a dozen times, so it's hardly statistically definitive.

Ive heard about the random server wipes. I heard that it depends on servers. I dont think this is true because ive tried alot of diff servers and never had an issue. I also read a thread on here saying that this guy gets wiped every time but his buddies dont, on the same server.

I have had one random wipe so far....  but with the loot tables all askew it is really not that big of a deal.  I was geared back up in about 20 min and north again in another 20.  The part that hurts the most for me with the wipes is ending back in the KOS of the coast.   It is just littered with half dressed dead bodies ;)

Well I should have kept m,y mouth shut....  I just got a random wipe again!
