Mosin Nagant?

I've been looking for one for a while and have yet to set my eyes upon such beauty.

 

Tips/Places to look?

I found three in one building. However, i got bored of looking for ammunition for it. I have yet to find any ammunition in Cherno. Found the guns, but no ammo. Been searching for a couple of hours.

Keep in mind the only guns you are going to find are the pistol, the m4, and the Moisin Nagant. They are more rare than an m4. And even the pistol.

Any location that spawns military loot is bound to spawn a Mosin and ammo eventually, so barracks are the best place to look for them. It's a really nice weapon, and I much prefer it over the M4 because of the higher damage and longer range - especially if you manage to find a nice scope to go with it!

I found one in a red-brick house type with the through-corridor and the stairs that go to an unopenable door.

Then I lost connection with the server.

 

Edit the Mosin ammo can be hard to spot on the floor.

I haven't found any weapon outside of Military areas. I've checked many barns, no Mosin there (I do think guns such as the Mosin should spawn as Farm loot, they are commonly used as hunting rifles after all).

However, I've found several Mosins in military areas, and a lot of ammo too. I suggest you look there.

I found several in Cherno in a random house. May wanna start searching there, pure luck most likely.

I found a mosin in a house, but no ammo. Then I lost connection, and my character. Still, I felt pretty cool for about two minutes.

Found a few, last one I seen was in Pavlovo. It was in a house with buchshots all around it o.O

 

Not that I am looking for one, I have an M4 with 3 mags and a pistol with 2 mags and plenty of ammo.

I found two practically laying on top of each other, in a house I believe. The ammo is friggin' everywhere but most people overlook it.

Wow, i just found one in the red brick house with the unopenable door at the top of the stairs.

I have a Pristine PU scope and like 100 rounds.

I have to drop my M4 eventually but i'll just carry it in my hands, it has all attachments on it.

Will be sad when i have to drop it :(

Found them in Houses, sheds, farm buildings and cars so far.
