If you have an ATI/AMD graphics card, MSI After Burner allows you to see GPU data on screen.

30-35 FPS in cities, 40+ in small towns and 50-60FPS in the woods. However, zooming in on a city the FPS drops to around 25-30. (Fraps)

Z77 D3SH Mobo

8GB DDR3 Ram

Sapphire 7850 2GB OC Edition

i5 3570K (Stock)

It's one below 1080p, as in the cities it's drops below 25 and it's a bit stuttery (especially around those tower blocks).

Ambient Occlusion set to off helps in FPS increase. It does like to turn on automatically when playing with the settings though lol

The FPS does seem more consistent though than the mod, however it may be because there aren't't many infected pottering about. Hopefully it will run better further in the dev process.

40-90 FPS.

Everything maxed with ambient occlusion and post-process effects disabled. :)

Increased zombie count won't affect player performance as they're all handled by the server. They do put a lot of strain on the server and things tend to get a funky though. All will be sorted further down the line.

Haven't experienced any form of fps drop yet outside Cherno. New area is a bit laggy, but well... not gonna find myself there often.

With full resolution and most of my other settings on normal/low/very low, I averaged about 30 fps in most places, but in big cities, especially the city just north of cherno, i was around 15-25 fps. What was weird is when i lowered my resolution, it didn't help too much.

Nvidia Geforce GT 650m (1gb vram) and Intel HD Graphics 4000 (i'm not sure if both run at the same time tnough),

2.3 GHz Intel Core i7

Interesting. My system: i5-4760K, MSI GTX760 TwinFrzr, 8 GB Ram

Inside cities: 40-50 fps (incl. Cherno), out of cities: 60 fps (max since my TV refresh rate is 60)

Everything MAXED OUT graphic wise, except motion blur and bloom, which I can't stand at all.

ADDITION:

Note that in the Arma series, it is often recommended to up your graphic settings since running stuff on low will usually use resources from your CPU, while running stuff on high/very high will use your GPU power. Same thing with Arma 3 and iirc with Arma 2, so DayZ shouldn't be an exception. I only upped all my graphics before joining a game since I thought I want to downscale if performance is bad. Well, no need...
