You will not find yourself a clip in order to be able to load it.

kichilron 8550 Posted December 17, 2013 ?? i found a clip.. one  Ohh you mean "You will have to find yourself a clip in order to be able to load it." Sorry. :O How hard are they to find? Ive been playing constantly since yesterday and havent seen any, are they rare? Pretty rare. Had a pistol and 106 rounds at one point.
MylesMDT 5 Posted December 17, 2013 Kind of odd, too. The real-world FNX has no magazine disconnect. You can load individual rounds and fire them.
Pandema 352 Posted December 18, 2013 Oh Christ, does this mean I need to find a magazine for my Mosin?
Kegaro 19 Posted December 18, 2013 (edited) Oh Christ, does this mean I need to find a magazine for my Mosin? I had a Mosin, but died before I found any ammo for it. But anyways, the Mosin has an internal magazine which should alloy you to load ammo directly into the rifle... no need for a magazine... you should only need the 7.62 ammo. Kegaro 19 Posted December 18, 2013 How hard are they to find? Ive been playing constantly since yesterday and havent seen any, are they rare? I found 2 clips/magazines for the FNX in the Military outpost Southeast of Balota. Search the sandbag bunkers and the tents that have an opening on both sides... the other tents with only one way in or out of them are usually empty... at least that's what I have found to be the case when doing a loot sweep of that military outpost. Ham_Sandwich27 108 Posted December 18, 2013 Oh Christ, does this mean I need to find a magazine for my Mosin? No, the rounds load directly into the mosin, just as in RL. Internal, fixed magazine.
AP_Norris 1018 Posted December 18, 2013 You should be able to chamber a single round...

thedogfoodyayho 295 Posted December 18, 2013 Was wondering about the FNX . I've been able to find 4-5 mags total in firestations but prior to that i was unable to load. I wasn't sure if i was doing it wrong or it was broken. Now i know i was doing it right after i found a Mosin. You can chamber up the 5 rounds using the "Load ammo" button over 7.62 ammo. Not sure about chambering the M4 as i haven't made it to Balota yet.
