Not sure what exactly you mean...If you're in third person mode you can only aim down your sights like if you were in 1st person. You can do that buy one clicking your right mouse button..When you're aiming you can also ''zoom in'' a little by pressing and holding right mouse button again... You can only zoom in your camera when you're in 3rd person (rightclick and hold).. I highly recommend you to run thru some of the ArmA2/OA tutorial basics, you'll probably learn a lot about controls in there.
