How to lock FoV with " - "?

I was just wondering if it's possible to lock the fov when pressing " - " two times with a sniper or other ACOG sight weapons. Also when I'm in vehicles it will automatically zoom in again, can i prevent this?

No, it's not possible.

 

You can edit your field of view in your ArmA2OA.cfg but it makes scopes slightly off target...

In some instances double tapping + or - on your numpad will lock it, but that only works sometimes.
