I bought a new pc for myself to play dayz with my brother at home but i've been having an issue that other players already experienced before,always that i try to join the same server he's playing one of us gets connected and the other one gets kicked for no reason. i use one key of Arma2 Op arrowhead and the same steam accont as him but i play using dayz commander and playwithsix so i realy dont need to log in on steam to play. Dancing.Russian.Man 1631 Posted October 30, 2013 It doesn't matter if you're on Steam or not.The CD key generates a GUID, which is used to identify you as the player. When your brother joins a server, the GUID for the CD key is bound to that server. (So it cannot be used by other people.)When you join your brother on the same server, that same GUID tries to bind itself to the same server for another time. That's where the problem is.
