Bandits loosing style?

So I was playing overwatch on a no pvp server when some people said they where meeting up at a supermarket a blota.
I went there and soon half the server was there to they said we where going to loot and stuff.

no one was killing each other because of the no pvp rule

but then they told us to all sit down for a "group photo" and then we all sat down in a line and they killed us by shooting us with lmgs.

now this would be something to brag about if

 

1.it was not a pvp free server

 

2.the server then hunted them down and killed them all.

 

Bandits nowadays have to break rules and not even think to be bandits I mean sure thats smart but I think its much more impresive if u did what this one bandit did in namlask.

 

he flew over me in a biplane he was flying reeely close over my head,he did this like 5 times then crashed

I was like lol I was going to shoot you but I did not I guess you just suck at flying.

he responded by shooting my legs off.

He then grabed my knocked out ass and draged me away he said dont move I did not then after a minute or so He said go ahead and I will be watching you.

Then as I was walking away I saw a bandit over the hill but all ways just a bit of him like his head.

^this is scary but nowadays its just to bad imo.

 

anyone want to talk about really good bandit attacks that happend to you or you did to people or really bad ones?

KoS murderers =/= bandits. Screw the bandit skin classification.

Most proper bandits stopped playing a long time ago -  a lot of players did.

The game is full of trolls and KoS kiddies that seem to think they are good when they kill unarmed people that can't fight back.

Some of the best encounters in-game have been with a decent group of bandits that can communicate well together and hopefully we'll see some more of these types of players and encounters when the Standalone hits.

Nothing more nerve-wracking than coming up against a good group of bandits when you aren't expecting it and you are pretty much forced to fight back or die.

I think it will be better.

A lot of players just stopped playing - there really isn't much to do - I've not played in months.

When the standalone comes I'm sure we'll see a large resurgence of players returning to the game, hopefully it will bring back a lot of the spirit of the same and be brutal enough to deter all the idiots and CoD kiddies from playing but I wouldn't hold my breath.

a no pvp server is the one which gives you green cross when you aim another guy, like npcs in some FPS campain..the rest is bullshit..i use them as reference to find some friendly more, not as a pve ambient.

This KoS guy is one of those people that ruined the game for me. It was all fine in June and early July.. But then you started encountering hackers, people that shot you when you didn't even have a single weapon on you.

 

And it wasn't better when some pathethic YouTubers made a video or two *Cough* Pewdiepie *Cough*

 

The problem is, these people that KoS will play Standalone and you'll have to find a server with mature people.. Sadly, there's not possible to find a server completely without those kinds of people unless you have a sign-up system where you have to be on the teamspeak to play. To be honset, that system would be the best in my opinion as you could replace it with having "Side chat" on... Side chat is also a bad thing, it makes people know exactly where they are if they tell you. It's like a virtual radio that shouldn't exist.

IMO that is an act of a bandit - I have been playing for a year now and wasn't aware that bandits had to "act" bandit-like in certain ways.... They lie, kill, steal, repeat.... and that's how it'll always be.

I see where your coming from. The players probably were bandits on other servers, maybe even good ones (Probably not because they would have done that on a regular server).

 

Non-PvP servers are there for those who dont want to deal with bandits and are created with rules to prevent banditry rendering bandits non-existant on said server.

 

The point of a non-PvP server is that there are no bandits.There cant be bandits on non-PvP servers.

 

I certainly see how someone could label this banditry. But not in my book based on the fact it was a non-PvP.

The good ol' days.. If I'd be a bandit in the SA, I won't go around shooting newbies and stuff. I'll just handcuff 'em and strip 'em of their clothing >:) then hide the clothing in a bush not too far off.
