Global Banned...

This Morning i Woke up to go play some dayz. when i went to join a server is said "Globa Ban #f4a5c9" im not sure why i was banned. i did download a dayz singleplayer menu that allowed me to play dayz as a scenario. i didnt think that testing the game out in singleplayer would get me banned. i would appreciate if i could get feed back. thank

 

 

btw im not sure if im battleye banned or not i sent and email to there support.

if anyone could tell me why im banned that would be much appreciate

Also i would like to know if i am not unbanned if i can re-purchase the game or is that not allowed or will i still be banned

If you do not get unbanned, you can purchase another copy of the game.

 

If you're buying the game through Steam, you need to make a new account, and delete any hacks, malicious software, key stealers etc.

 

 

It also looks like you bring up a hack menu in one of your DayZ videos. Care to explain?

Yes this is the video where i got the singleplayer -SNIP- btw the menu only works with that senario

Never download shit from youtube, you now most likely have a keystealer on your PC so even if you were to buy another key it would just be stolen again unless you remove the malware first.

 

Also, not a great idea to post a link to a hack menu on a games official forum.

Contact BE. If you TRULY did nothing, it is from downloading this thing off of youtube. 

 

Either way, you hacked or downloaded from an un-trustworthy source, and it is your fault. 

 

My guess is you will need to buy another copy, or in your case get your parents to buy another copy.
