Gdaddy22 299 Posted October 19, 2013 (edited) The idea is following: We can pay our real life money to get some extra stuff in DayZ, example: $5 via paypal or phone, and we get unique skins and V.I.P access (new chat only for VIPS, new cars enterable only for V.I.P.S, and in-game player title)$10 and we get a pack of extra food and water + some basic tools like toolbox.$15 and we get golden weapons that have +15% less recoil and we get our own in-game tag and so on, also we get some extra stats like +5 of the movement speed, we are hungry less often and we are more resistant to zombies. I think this is a must-have in incoming Standalone. Every game that has this system is successful, ex. look at BF3, one of the best selling and best games ever made, with bilions of people playing it all around the world. You're meant to be a survivor in the Down-fall of Human civilization, yeah? You gotta earn your gear. If you start with a free car and kit what's the fun? And you do realise that BF3 is an Online shooter game, completely different genre? Dayz is a survival Simulator, church?Edit: BF3 does not have "Billions" of players. People are just too dumb at most times to realize when theyre getting ripped off. If they sold these through PvP competitions id be down for it, or most playtime in a month, like, REWARD it, dont make it so spoiled kids and shit get advantages, then EVERYONE has to get the damn advantage to make the game even again.
