If so will we get to see some gameplay before the standalone is released? I vaguely remember Rocket saying something along the lines of; if it's good enough to stream, it must be good enough to release. So I wouldn't be surprised if the idea got scrapped. Atm the closed alpha is a very small group. From what i understand the Public Alpha will be for all. I don't think there will be a time where Youtubers have the alpha and the general public don't. I don't think there will be a time where Youtubers have the alpha and the general public don't.Afaik a dayz fan website showed off some gameplay telling ppl that it is the closed beta which they have access for. Also they are gathering ppl (have more than 250 ppl already) to sell StandAlone to them as being the official sellers of StandAlone in that country lol. I've asked how come that can happen when the game will be sold in Steam and I just got banned for being a "DayZ.Net Fan" even though not knowing what it is..
