Gdaddy 3 Posted July 5, 2013 (edited) I got an idea of creatures like animals that spawn only at night. There is a lot of animals that are active only during night in real life so it's real. We would have to hunt for them to get some loot that we need.Also some kind of zeds that spawn only at night. I'm seeing it like this: the "infection" affected their eyes or brain (or whatever) and sunlight hurts their brains (dunno how to describe that but you got the thing). enforcer1975 1111 Posted July 5, 2013 Yes like packs of wolves that tear you apart because you are out of ammo....srsly this is a vague idea but it would bring life to the empty night servers although i don't know what items they would carry around that we absolutely need... Please no "weapons, ammo and medicine" wishes. Sounds like "I am Legend" where they are afraid of sunlight but we already have a background for the infection. It would be logical for more zeds to roam the streets than during daytime, they still have a bit of survival instinct where they would stay out of the sun to not "overheat". Death_Dealer 3155 Posted July 5, 2013 Eurasian wolves and Eurasian brown bears would be a great addition to the wildlife of DayZ. Realistically they are found in places like Chernarus. dayz standalone 33 Posted July 10, 2013 I would like it if there was no option for day servers ie, every server made has to have a 24hr cycle on it.Playing at night is annoying at times but it is pretty immersive too.Given the fact people pay for servers though I doubt this will happen as it's their server at the end of the day.Pretty cool idea from op though I just don't think many people want to play when it gets dark. :( Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
