Forum account problem

So a while back I spotted a post by a spam bot and clicked the report button. A while later I tried to log into the forums and found my account was banned for spam. I instantly knew what had happened, a moderator had mistakenly banned me instead of the spambot. That's fine, we're all human, I contacted him and Matt Lightfoot and got my account back working again.

But, in being banned my private messages mailbox got removed. I've sent Matt Lightfoot a couple emails over the last few months with no response, I know he's a busy guy so I'm not too upset, but I know there has been a couple times where I've wanted to send someone an IM but wasn't able to.

So, I'm here asking for help from the forum team to get my inbox working again, or if it's not possible, let me know and I'll create a new account.
